Jean-Charles led us on a wonderful running tour throughout central Paris, picking my wife and daughters and myself up from our rental apartment and taking us through a winding path across the river and back again. The running was easy and fun with lots of stops for historical explanations. Even though we had seen many of the areas, Jean-Charles explained a lot of fascinating stories and gave us more context that we did not know. It was honestly a highlight of the trip and while the running added fun to it, Jean-Charles is a genuinely great tour guide as well with loads of knowledge. We loved it and are already planning another run/tour with him when we return later this year to explore other parts of Paris.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful early morning ~5 mi running tour with Jean-Charles. We learned so much about Paris and had fun doing it! Jean-Charles arrived at our hotel on time and came prepared with documents for us that helped further explain the sights he showed us. He was an excellent guide for both running and history and took many great photos of us. He even sent us a follow-up email containing additional videos for further learning alongside a Dropbox folder of our photos from the tour. We could not recommend this experience more, especially if you only have a few days in Paris! It’s a great way to cover lots of ground, both literally and figuratively, especially if you enjoy being active.

The content and views of the run are 5 stars out of 5. It was extremely interesting and informative, containing much information about the buildings and history of Paris.
Jean-Charles is 10 out of 5! He is incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made adjustments to my run based on weather and other scheduling needs, but most importantly, he was an extremely amiable and knowledgeable person, who is very passionate about his city.
I could not have had a better experience. This is a great way to see the city and learn about Paris. I cherish the experience!

This is the BEST TOUR IN PARIS! Truly a fantastic activity to start the trip and get my bearings in Paris. The route was amazing passing many famous places and Jean-Charles is a fantastic guide! You instantly feel like you have an old friend in a new city. I felt safe from traffic at all times, learned so much about French history, got tips for where/when lines are shortest at Paris attractions and areas safe to run later in the week, received many wonderful food recommendations, and enjoyed his personal Paris Olympic marathon story tremendously! A perfect blend of a workout, tour, and extraordinarily kind/personal interaction. I cannot say enough good things about this company/trip/guide. You can tell Jean-Charles absolutely LOVES his job and you will LOVE this tour (and Paris) as a result!

Went to Paris and Amsterdam for my husbands birthday. I planned our 9 mile running tour with out telling my husband til the last minute. Jean-Charles was our guide and I have to say this was the most fun I have ever had on a tour. We learn so much about Paris, the miles flew by. Jean-Charles was such a easy person to talk too, he even researched a question I had about the country side and emailed later the answer. I would love to run again the next time I come! Oh and the photos he took of us were wonderful. By far the most memorable part of my vacation

I ran on four mornings during my short stay in Paris. Three of the runs were conducted by Flavien (~ 27 yrs old), and one was conducted by Jean-Charles (a youthful ~ 50 yrs old?). All four runs took me to very different neighborhoods in and around Paris. At first, I hesitated before committing to this somewhat extravagant treat…But, boy, was it worth it!!

Jean-Charles took us for a 9 km run through streets, passages, parks, bridges and even buildings of Paris. We enjoyed it immensely, especially the small details about the city and landmarks where you can still see and feel the long and diverse history of the country.We have tried running tours before, and this is definitely not our last!
