No Paris Marathon in 2020 because of the health crisis… The joy of finding it in the fall of 2021 and in 2022, the marathon returns to a more usual date, early April! It remains the marathon of the year! At least for me, passionate Parisian đ. This will be my 25th Paris Marathon, I have run every edition without interruption since 1996… A priori no changes in the route since the last edition, we will rediscover this magnificent route, with in particular this start at the Champs ElysĂ©es which is magical. A lot of fun for the legs đ, for sure, but a lot of pleasure for the eyes, one of the biggest running festival in Paris! Strides of Insurance 2022
The thirteenth edition of the Insurance Strides! “Les FoulĂ©es de l’Assurance” is a sporting event whose purpose is to – Committing to the fight against cardiovascular diseases – Mobilize and raise awareness among the general public and insurance employees around this cause – It is also a responsible event, which is part of the “Running in solidarity and responsibility” approach. Three possibilities, a 10 km run, a 5 km run or an 6,3 km walk. The 10 km race takes place in the Bois de Boulogne and consists of a rolling and very green route in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne. Urban and forest, it is a real breath of fresh air in the heart of Paris. Start at 10:30 AM The other events have different and equally pleasant routes in the beautiful wood of Boulogne. Lions Paris 9 Run â 10km du Neuf 2022
The race used to be called the 10 km of the 9th (arrondissement of Paris). It took place without interruption from 2000 until 2016 and was resumed and renamed in 2019 as “Lions Paris 9 Run – 10km du Neuf 2019”. This new edition, still organized by the Lions Club International in partnership with the City Hall of the 9th arrondissement, returns after the interruption related to the health crisis COVID 19. The 2020 edition was the last race before the first lockdown in France… We are therefore very happy to be back on a superb route in the heart of Paris. The race is always organized for a good cause, to collect funds to help the associations supported by the Lions Club and corresponding to international themes: diabetes, environment, hunger, childhood cancer, vision or disability. 100% of the funds collected during the 10KM DU NEUF – LIONS PARIS 9 RUN will be redistributed! The Solirun 2022
Soli’run ? Soli ? Soli as solidarity ! A solidarity race. Come run or walk the Soli’run in the Bois de Boulogne for the benefit of the “Habitat et Humanisme” Association. A sports program for the whole family with a 10 km, a 5 km, races for children and also a 4 km walk around the lake. All profits will be donated as always to the association Habitat & Humanisme. New edition of the hoteliers and tourism professionals running race. This race makes the bet to gather at the same time and in the same place the greatest number of French tourism professionals, Hoteliers, restaurant owners, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, travel agents, GDS, subcontractors… running tours guides đ … for a race as sporty as friendly in the heart of Paris. The race is also open to all runners! The price is high for a 10 km but the course is superb: Louvre, along the Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, the Petit and Grand Palais, Place de l’Alma, in front of the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower, Bir Hakeim Bridge and back by the same route with an end at Place du Palais Royal. A beautiful stroll along the Seine! Eco-Trail of Paris 2022
This is the fifteenth edition of the Eco Trail, this great Parisian Trail, Parisian because it ends in Paris for several of its races and what is more, on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, which is the case especially for the 80 km Trail (80 km with a little treat for the end, the more than 400 steps to climb to reach the second floor and the finish!) The Ecotrail de Paris corresponds to several competitions, the 80km, 45km, 30km, 18km, 10km trails (10km mainly in the Parc de Saint Cloud, convenient to test the conditions of a trail for the first time), and the Nordic Walking. You will find all the information about these races on the EcoTrail website which is very well done. The Great Race of the Great Paris 2021
The Great Race of the Grand Paris Express, 10KM & Half-Marathon, eco-responsible, supportive and popular to gather the Great Parisians! A running race open to all, linking the historic Place de la République (Paris Centre) to the mythical Stade de France in Saint-Denis for the 10KM or from the Parc du Tremblay (Val-de-Marne) through Paris for the half-marathon, which distance will you choose? Paris Half-Marathon 2022
For 2022, the Paris Half Marathon returns next March – hopefully – after the previous version was postponed to September 2021. So we find ourselves at the end of winter with different conditions, some years we had gotten snow or a real storm with pouring rain… most of the time however, we are entitled to a cool and sunny weather, ideal weather for running a half marathon. As of this writing, we do not know the 2022 route. Can we go back to the September 2021 one, please? Very nice departure Pont de Sully and magnificent arrival rue Saint-Antoine and final arch Place de la Bastille… This half marathon is ideally placed in relation to the Paris 2022 marathon which takes place four weeks later, perfect for a marathon preparation plan. On Saturday, February 12, 2022 takes place the most festive and militant race in Paris! The race takes place in the beautiful Buttes Chaumont park, with its very hilly course (five loops of ascents and descents…) Very good atmosphere for this race organized by the Front Runners of Paris. Diversity and warmth, despite the cold of February!
